Loads the tracker's historical data from the data provider system.

Some of our data providers (e.g. Cartrack) have stored data in their system that corresponds to the tracker's past, before it was registered in our system.
For Cartrack trackers, this endpoint allows to retrieve these historical data and upload it to our system which may be useful in understanding behaviour or creating mobility patterns.
